Anya Weinstock

Anya Weinstock is the Richard Feldman Legal Fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union. Her work focuses on LGBTQ+ rights litigation. Prior to joining NYCLU, Anya was a Legal Fellow at the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project and advocated against discriminatory police technology in New York. During law school, Anya worked on gender equality and LGBTQ+ rights issues as an international human rights clinic student and as a summer legal intern at Access Now. Anya holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and B.A. from Wesleyan University.
