Daphna Spivack

Daphna Spivack is a Legal Fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union, where she works on statewide civil rights and civil liberties issues with a focus on the criminal legal system. During law school, Daphna interned with Bay Area Legal Aid and the Center for Court Innovation and served as managing editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. Daphna graduated with her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her J.D. from Stanford Law School and is pursuing a Ph.D. at Stanford where she focuses on issues of bias in the legal system.
