Elizabeth Watson
Lizzy Watson joined the ACLU as an attorney in the Reproductive Freedom Project in 2016. She litigates cases to defend the right to abortion and contraception for all people regardless of race, ethnicity, economic status, gender identity and geographic location. She is the lead attorney in several high-profile cases including federal constitutional challenges to six-week abortion bans in Georgia and Ohio. Prior to joining the ACLU, she provided direct legal services to individuals with disabilities who were at risk of or experiencing homelessness at the Homeless Action Center in Berkeley, CA. Lizzy is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and University of California Santa Barbara.
