Medha Raman
Medha Raman is a Legal Fellow in the New York Civil Liberties Union’s Policy department, where her work centers on policing, privacy, and surveillance. Prior to joining the NYCLU, Medha litigated cases challenging human rights abuses in the criminal and immigration legal systems as the Dale and James J. Pinto Fellow on the U.S. Advocacy and Litigation team at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights. During law school, she interned with various organizations addressing mass incarceration and discriminatory policing including at the Advancement Project, the Second Look Project, and the Center for Constitutional Rights. Before law school, Medha worked as a Policy Advocacy Associate at the ACLU of Washington. She holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Washington.
