Muneeba Talukder

Muneeba S. Talukder is the Mark & Rita Sakitt Fellow at the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU). Prior to joining NYCLU, Muneeba was a staff attorney at the ACLU of North Carolina, an immigrants’ rights legal fellow at the ACLU of Pennsylvania, and a legal fellow at Public Counsel. Muneeba graduated from UCLA School of Law, with dual specializations in the David J. Epstein Program in public interest law and policy and critical race studies. At UCLA, she served as an editor of the UCLA Law Review and participated in the Asylum and International Human Rights Law clinics.
