Amicus: Black v. Decker
The NYCLU submitted an amicus brief on behalf of Mr. Black in Black v. Decker, arguing that subjecting noncitizens to unreasonably prolonged detention without a custody hearing is unconstitutional.
As bold as the spirit of New York, we are the NYCLU.
