Amicus Brief: Rensselaer Environmental Coalition v. NYS Department of Environmental Conservation

After years of advocates and community members in Rensselaer County expressing concerns over the S.A. Dunn Landfill’s impact on the environmental, health, and safety of the community’s children, the NYCLU filed an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court of Rensselaer County to nullify the landfill’s renewal permit.
