Make the Road New York v. Huffman

The New York Civil Liberties Union, American Civil Liberties Union, and ACLU of the District of Columbia sued the Trump administration over its plan to massively expand fast-track deportations without a fair legal process. The case was filed on behalf of Make the Road New York, which serves immigrant communities.
