Parents Against Stealth Taxes v ERCSD

The New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) filed a motion to intervene, on behalf of East Ramapo parent Ana Maeda, to dismiss the complaint put forward by Parents Against Stealth Taxes (PAST), the organization attacking students’ rights to a safe learning environment and quality education.
