Kaye Dyja

Kaye Dyja is a Communications Strategist for the New York Civil Liberties Union, where she develops and implements communications plans to advance NYCLU’s policy and advocacy goals.

Prior to joining NYCLU, Dyja was the Communications Director for New York City Council Majority Leader Keith Powers, leading media strategy, digital content, and press relations. She also served as Council Member Powers’ Campaign Manager during the 2021 election cycle and played a key role in his run for Speaker of the City Council. 

Before her time in City Hall, Dyja worked for candidates, causes, and campaigns at BerlinRosen. She received a B.A. in History and Government from Wesleyan University.
