Megan Sallomi is a staff attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union focusing on immigration issues. Prior to joining the NYCLU, she represented detained immigrants facing deportation with the Bronx Defenders. In addition to extensive experience representing noncitizens seeking asylum and facing deportation, Megan has also litigated civil rights actions challenging detention conditions and due process violations for detained immigrants.
She has a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Megan speaks Spanish and French.
