Stand against the discriminatory platform of Trump’s campaign and join the NYCLU on March 13, 2017 in Albany to speak out for justice and equality.


The NYCLU calls on New York lawmakers to stand up for civil rights and social justice, and oppose the Trump administration’s attacks on constitutional rights and liberties.

Pass the Reproductive Health Act: Protect the right to reproductive choice under New York law.     

Fix the Human Rights Law and pass GENDA: Protect public school students and transgender New Yorkers from discrimination and harassment.

Enact public defense reform: Uphold the constitutional right to effective legal representation for people who cannot afford a lawyer.

Pass the Electronic Communications Privacy Act: Stop law enforcement from accessing emails, texts and other digital communications without a warrant.

Pass the Police STAT Act: Hold law enforcement accountable by demanding they disclose deaths in police custody, street stops, arrests and summonses in their communities.
