Know Your Rights at Brooklyn Museum First Saturdays

Join the NYCLU for a special Know Your Rights session at 5:30pm on June 6th during First Saturday: Brooklyn Pride at 30 at the Brooklyn Museum. Learn how to assert your rights during encounters with ICE or police officers in your community, at your home, or if you are arrested. Receive resources and discuss ways to prepare yourself and loved ones. Seating is limited; first come, first served.

This special edition of First Saturdays marks the kickoff of Drawing America:​ US@​250. A season of art installations, programs, and partnerships, Drawing America honors those who have imagined a more equitable future and fought for the promise of our democracy—and those who continue to do so today.
