NY-17 Town Hall: Hold Rep. Lawler Accountable
With civil rights under attack, we must mobilize to defend our freedoms and demand action from Congress.
The Trump administration is escalating attacks on immigrant rights, trans justice, and reproductive freedom—pushing the boundaries of executive power and threatening those who speak out. In New York’s 17th District, we must ensure that Rep. Mike Lawler stands with the people, rather than enabling unchecked executive overreach.Join us on Saturday, March 22nd at 1:00 PM for a critical NY-17 town hall where we’ll break down what’s at stake and discuss how we can take action. Together, we’ll:
- Push back against attacks on immigrants, protesters, civil society, and the press.
- Protect Medicaid from cuts that harm people with disabilities and seniors.
- Call on Rep. Mike Lawler to stand up for our communities and oppose President Trump’s harmful actions.
