2026 Proposed Amended Bylaws

The NYCLU Board of Directors is proposing several amendments to the New York Civil Liberties Union’s by-laws recommended by the Governance Committee and the Board.

To aid in reviewing the proposed amendments, you will find a copy of the current by-laws and a copy of the proposed amended by-laws below. A proxy form is also available at the link below if you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to authorize another person (who will be in attendance) to act for you as your proxy.
