NYCLU Analysis Shows Gaps in Sex Ed in New York Leave Trans Students Vulnerable to Trump’s Attacks  

This white paper summarizes key findings from documents revealed through a Freedom of information Law request by the NYCLU designed to assess the quality of sex education across New York public schools. Our analysis reveals troubling gaps in sex education related to topics like gender identity and gender expression.
