Public Accommodation Biometrics Ban

New Yorkers should be able to access public accommodations such as stores, restaurants, hotels, and venues without having their most sensitive personal information taken. Banning biometric surveillance in places of public accommodation is necessary to ensure New Yorkers can access these spaces without fear of being tracked or wrongly excluded from daily life.
