Comments Improving Judicial Visits to Correctional or Detention Facilities

The American Civil Liberties Union and the New York Civil Liberties Union submitted comments to New York State Office of Court Administration regarding the proposed amendment to Part 17 of the Rules of the Chief Judge that enhances the Unified Court System’s program for judicial visitation to correctional or detention facilities.
