Letter to DOH and Gov. on Hospital Transparency

The NYCLU, NIRH, and Planned Parenthood Empire State Acts sent a letter to DOH and the Governor’s office expressing strong support for A.3862/S.3486, a hospital transparency bill that passed both houses in the 2025 legislative session, asking the Department to recommend that the Governor sign this critical legislation promptly, and responding to the Governor’s veto of similar legislation last year.
