Letter Urging Governor Hochul to Sign Hospital Transparency

Health care and civil rights organizations and patient advocates that deeply care about abortion access urge Governor Hochul to immediately sign to Sign Hospital Transparency, A.733-A (Rozic)/S.1003-A (Hinchey). The bill passed the legislature for the Roe v. Wade anniversary in January 2024, and, in the wake of Donald Trump’s reelection, we are disturbed that this critical reproductive health bill has remained unsigned for nearly a year.
