Provider Letter Urging Gov. to Sign Abortion and Gender Affirming Care Bills

A group of health care providers, including doctors, nurses, midwives, and psychologists, sent a letter to the Governor to sign three critical bills protecting abortion and gender-affirming care into law: Shield Law 2.0, S.4914-B/A.5480-C; the New York Health Information Privacy Act, S.929/A.2141; and Hospital Transparency, S.3486/A.3862.
