Sign-on Letter: HIV Testing

The New York Civil Liberties Union, along with several other public health experts; public defenders; civil rights, LGBTQ, and immigrants’ rights organizations; health care providers; and people living with HIV submitted a sign-on letter to lawmakers regarding informed consent, effective notice, and anonymity for patients recieving HIV testing.
