Disability Rights
Every New Yorker deserves to be an integrated member of society. Yet too often New Yorkers with intellectual and developmental disability and those living with mental illness face segregation, forced treatment, and jail. We advocate for the development of community-based services and work to ensure everyone receives fair treatment from the government, employers, correctional facilities, and educational institutions.
