The NYCLU fights for LGBTQ New Yorkers by advancing protections in the workplace, education, housing, and more. We fight the criminalization of trans lives and abuse in prisons and jails. We advocate for state recognition of LQBTQ identities, push for sex education that is inclusive of all, and help New Yorkers know their rights.
