Amy Belsher

Amy Belsher is a Supervising Attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union where she leads litigation related to immigrants’ rights. Prior to joining the NYCLU in 2019, Amy served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before her clerkship, she worked as a litigation associate at large commercial law firms, where she litigated commercial matters as well as a wide range of pro bono matters involving civil liberties and immigration. Belsher earned her B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
