Briana Cole

Briana Cole joined the NYCLU in July 2023 as a Leadership Gifts Officer, managing an individual portfolio at the Major and Leadership Gift level. Briana previously worked at the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), where she managed relationships with monthly and mid-level donors. She holds a B.A from Ramapo College of NJ where she studied various subjects from journalism to voice performance. She still loves to sing in her free time.
 
During the pandemic, she decided to turn her passion for fighting for civil and human rights and dedicate it to a career in public service. In doing so, she first earned a Master’s in Public Administration focusing on Advocacy and Political action from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service just this past May 2023. She lives in her beloved NYC neighborhood of Astoria where you can find her taking long bike rides up to Astoria Park.
