Gabriella Larios is a Staff Attorney at the New York Civil Liberties Union. She works on statewide civil rights and civil liberties impact litigation and advocacy related to reproductive justice and LGBTQ equality. She first joined the NYCLU as an Equal Justice Works Fellow, sponsored by Anonymous, focusing on challenging the use of religion to discriminate against individuals seeking reproductive health care and LGBTQ New Yorkers.
During law school, Gabriella was deeply committed to social justice and civil liberties advocacy, working with NYU’s Reproductive Justice Clinic, LatinoJustice PRLDEF, Immigration Equality, and The Legal Aid Society. She also served as a Staff Editor on the Review of Law and Social Change. Gabriella graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2017 with a B.A. in Women’s Studies and Political Science. In 2020, She received a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
