Letter to the Rensselaer County Board of Elections on Early Voting Access

The NYCLU wrote a letter to the Rensselaer County Board of Elections to urge them to adopt a plan that offers equitable access to early voting for all voters in Rensselaer County and remediates the failure of prior early voting plans to provide equitable access to early voting to Black and Latinx voters.
