Joint Memo of Support for Gender Recognition Act

The New York Civil Liberties Union siged on to a joint memo of support urging the passage of the Gender Recognition Act (“GRA”). The GRA would allow transgender people access to documents that accurately reflect their identities, including allowing a gender-neutral designation.
